Writing froM iPod

Writing this from my iPod so it will be short.

Chase is cycling quickly right now but his rages are less violent and more verbal. When he's not raging or irritable, he's great. Patient, loving, happy and cooperative.

I'm doing ok right now too although my insomnia is out of control. I'm wondering if I should switch sleeping meds.

I'm going to look into swimming for sprig and summer for chase and I also found an indoor soccer place. Basketball is going great.
